Mark S. Alderfer is a partner with the firm practicing in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Alderfer joined Hackman Hulett & Cracraft, LLP in 1993. His civil litigation practice emphasizes insurance coverage and defense, real estate and business matters.

Mr. Alderfer is listed by the Indiana Jury Verdict Reporter as one of the most prolific trial attorneys in the State of Indiana. Over his career, he has tried in excess of 80 jury trials.

Mr. Alderfer has spoken extensively on the areas of insurance coverage, trial practice and evidence. He also acts as an arbitrator. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Defense Research Institute and the Indianapolis Law Club.
