Matthew D. Neumann is an associate practicing in the areas of civil litigation and utility law, with experience in cases involving utility regulation, insurance coverage and defense, eminent domain, real estate matters, and general business matters. He is a 2010 magna cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, where he was a Note Development Editor on the Indiana Law Review. While in law school Mr. Neumann served as an extern to the Honorable Tim A. Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the Honorable Margret G. Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Securities Division in the Office of Indiana’s Secretary of State. He is a 2006 graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington.
