Vicki L. Anderson practices in the estate planning and administration area. She regularly represents clients in estate planning; retirement planning; business succession planning; tax planning; charitable giving; guardianships; and estate and trust litigation.
Ms. Anderson is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC). Ms. Anderson is certified by the State of Indiana as an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist. She is selected as one of Indiana’s top lawyers in Indiana Business Magazine. Ms. Anderson is listed in “Best of the US” and “Best of Class” on www.bestofus.com. She is also a “Five Star Wealth Manager – Best in Client Satisfaction” (www.fivestarprofessional.com).
Ms. Anderson spent several years teaching psychology before practicing law. She has taught as an adjunct professor at Indiana University, Indianapolis and regularly serves as a lecturer in the estate planning and retirement planning areas in association with the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, Indiana Tax Institute, National Business Institute, Inc. and numerous other financial and estate planning organizations, both in Indiana and out of state.
Ms. Anderson has served on several boards, including the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library Foundation and Day Nursery Association. She has published numerous articles, including articles in the American Bar Association’s Probate and Property and the Indiana State Bar Association’s Res Gestae, as well as in local magazines. She also is author of the chapter on “Pensions” in Legal Reference for Older Hoosiers, and authors Estate Planning Notes, a quarterly firm newsletter.
Ms. Anderson is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations and the Estate Planning Council of Indiana, Inc.
