    David J. Bodle is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice primarily in areas of business services, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, bank financing, employment law and health care. Mr. Bodle has represented nonprofit organizations, insurers, and health care providers in business transactions and in regulatory matters. He represents business organizations in stock and asset sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing and secured transactions, and in connection with employment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

    Mr. Bodle has been a member of and served in leadership capacities with civic and professional organizations, including the Written Publications Committee, Citizenship Committee, and Editorial Board for the Indiana State Bar Association, the Ethics Committee of the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization, Inc., the Board of Directors of the Fuller Center for Housing of Central Indiana, Inc., and the Board of Directors of the Dyslexia Institute of Indiana, Inc. He is a Life Fellow of the Indiana State Bar Foundation.

    Mr. Bodle is a speaker and author for continuing legal education seminars on topics concerning managed care, health care records, corporate organization and employment matters.
